With the recent release of A Report on the Inspection of The City of St. Albert, our next City Council has been given an excellent tool to help guide us to success.
The recommendations brought forward offer a concise roadmap on how to effectively lead in St. Albert, and how to modify the organizational strategies of Council to focus on governance.
Refocussing on governance will not only reduce time pressures placed on Council and Administration, but it will also help improve relationships with City staff, with the business community, and with leadership throughout the region. Let's use these recommendations to move forward.
